DP Cleaning is a subcontractor to BPI & Associates undertaking cleaning duties throughout the property portfolio. The work includes maintenance and cleaning of communal hallways ensuring a clean and safe environment for tenants. The work extends into ensuring properties are turned around quickly and in a professional manner for new tenant occupation. The work has been adequately staffed and supervised and we look forward to continue working with DP Cleaning in the foreseeable future.

We have worked with Richard Dixon and DP Cleaning since 2008 and always found the service provided to be totally reliable and of a high standard.
Richard provides us with a team of general cleaners for all of our non-racing events, such as conferences, weddings and banqueting events. He also provides us with washroom cleaners and littler-pickerts for all our race days.
During September we have a large outside event which takes place annually on our show ground, often in very wet weather and challenging conditions 'under-foot'. Richard provides this event with a team of washroom and general cleaners and litter-pickers and despite often having to wear wellington boots and wet-weather attire, the team still provide a first-class service, which has been remarked upon by the event organisers.
